The Story about 10 years of success
This success began, when Ralf Braaz in early 1998, at that time a Senior staff in one of the world's
largest chemical companies, through his then nine years old son Marcel Lipp, came the first time in
contact with the kart racing.
Within a short time, occoured the first success. In the first year Marcel Lipp made the jump into the
"Top 25"! On the 24th place the newcomer finished his first season and became a serious competitor in a 115 driver strong Bambini Starting field, which included, at the time, drivers like Sebastian Vettel & Co.! After this success came another challenge and, while the professional engagement of Ralf Braaz at his time was still the optimization of production machines, so these optimizations followed after work on the Bambini- Motors- often late into the night.
In close cooperation with Peter Kaiser of KSN Motorsport Ralf Braaz quickly developed a
certain sense fer the Set Up of the Chassins as well as an effective and clean engine tuning.
Priority was always given to the conformity rules.
Countless champion crowned the intensive work of the success-duo Lipp/Braaz on TONYKART.
With the double victory of the German Champioships North and South, the Gold Cup, the Winter
Cup and championship victories in the NRW CUP were exhausted all the titles at the national level.

Although Ralf Braaz with Marcel Lipp as successfully in the "Junior" and "Senior" was travelling,
he continues to devote himself intensively to the Bambini.From all over Germany were sent to him

Kartscene- became again to "Master- egines". But drivers should not forget the basics. Thus, the

The profession and the commitment in Karting were now almost impossible to reconcile and were

technical shop talk between Peter Kaiser and Ralf Braaz a new idea was born and successfully
implemented a short time later: The "KSN-Bambini-Team"!
After 22 years of affilation Ralf Braaz announced his job and founded in cooperation with KSN
Motorsport Racing Team one exclusively for the beginners class. The only pure Bambini team in
Germany.
"The Bambini class is the school of motor racing and has been treated somewhat more scant. I have
taken on the task, the children from the bottom up closer to the racing and to give them a
comprehensive, in-depth knowledge. Therefor, I see myself as a basis worker for the next generation,
because only a good and solid basic guarantee for success" said Ralf Braaz committed its unique
concept.
The change of name from KSN in RBM (Ralf Braaz Motorsport) was followed in late 2007 due to
the move of his partner Peter Kaiser in new buisness premises. The restructuring was followed by the extension service to all KF classes and was the logical and almost natural response to the entusiasm and loyalty of the regular driver who took "her" team boss even after the Bambini- time loyal. With improvered design and new license applicants Ralf Braaz has been in operation since 2008 as "RBM Official Racing Team" in results represent almost all the relevant championships. Although the successful team manager in 2007with Marcel Lipp still struggling in the premier class of the German Karting- the DKM- for the title, his whole commitment is parallel to the KF classes continue the Bambini.
The successful partnership and close collaboration between Peter Kaiser and Ralf Braaz otherwise
